Owning up to our mistakes

As eager as you might be to get everything right, sometimes you have to take a step back and re-evaluate your actions. 

This is exactly what we have done with our patterned circular mobile cases made from organic linseed. 

The printing technique we first used for the patterned cases proved to be less that perfect. Although we tested it time and time again before launching the product, a few cases in each batch has continuously come out below our quality standard – and for this we are sorry.  

After much deliberation, we have decided to offer each and every single one of you who has bought the patterned cases in the past 17 months, since they were deployed, the chance to get a new case. 

The trust from our customers when it comes to the quality of our products is one of the most important driving factors, and something that keeps us on our toes, always.
