For those of you who are too young to remember, the Pepsi Challenge pits Pepsi against rival brands in a blind taste test. For our version, we enlisted the help of the good people of Charleston, South Carolina to test our Stone Paper Notebook vs a Moleskine in a writing test. It's on! What's in a stone paper notebook anyway? As the name would suggest, stone. We recycle stone from local industries and turn it into paper in a process that uses no water or chemicals and runs on clean energy. It does require using a small amount of plastic to be used, but we make sure this is recycled, non-toxic high-density polyethene. What are the benefits of stone paper? As you can see from the test, a superior writing experience. Further, due to the raw materials used and the clean production process, there is a substantial environmental benefit as well.
