To use our money-back guarantee, notify our customer service team and tell us why the product wasn't an objective fit for you, and we’ll get you a refund, no return necessary. We will only ask that you try it out for at least two weeks to give it a fair shot.
Our guarantee is valid for first-time purchases, and redeemable up to 30 days after the purchase date. Note that the guarantee isn’t valid for multiple items of the same category, in which case your products may be applicable for a return. In case you buy two items or more of the same type of product including variants, only one is valid for money-back.
The Money back guarantee or returns is not valid on any personalised items with logos or monogramming added and personal care items. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
