What’s the time of delivery?

Our time of delivery is usually between 2-7 business days, but depending on your location our delivery time can extend to 5-12 business days. We also sustain an express shipping solution where delivery is 2 business days world wide. 

You can trace your parcel by accessing your account, or by contacting our customer support team through the chat function on our site. Keep in mind it may take up to 48 hours to trace a parcel after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order includes an item that is a preorder item, your entire order will ship with the preorder item when that item is ready. 

If your order includes an item that is a personalised item, your entire order will be delayed 1-3 business days. 

What's the minimum order value?

We don't have a minimum order value. If your order value is less than that it's fine but we have to cover for an administration fee and external costs which is €4.

Do you offer express delivery?

You may choose express delivery in the final step in completing the order. If you choose express delivery with DHL Express, your order will be with you within 24-28 hours after the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. Over €65 we cover that cost.

Are all your products in stock?

In normal circumstances, all the products displayed on our site are in stock, except for preorder items.

Should we experience unusually large orders in short duration for certain products, our systems may be temporarily out of sync. If that is ever the case we will contact you immediately so that you can change your order or cancel the order with no charge.

Customs

For orders within the EU, all costs are covered and no other costs than visual at A Good Company, will be added.

When might I be charged customs?

  • For EU customers customs are always included.
  • For US customers, A Good Company cover all customs and import duties on an order value of up to $800. If the value of your order is more than $800 you will be responsible for any customs and import duties payable. This can also happen if you have ordered a lot from overseas in some states.
  • For Mexico customs, you may be subject to customs charges made up of duties, a disbursement fee and a brokerage fee. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.
  • For Norway, customs are included if your order is under NOK 270.
  • For Switzerland, you may be subject to customs charges made up of duties, a disbursement fee and a brokerage fee. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.
  • To countries within Asia or Russia, you may be subject to customs charges made up of duties, a disbursement fee and a brokerage fee. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.
  • To Africa, you may be subject to customs charges made up of duties, a disbursement fee and a brokerage fee. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges. 
  • For Australia, New Zealand and Oceania countries, you may be subject to customs charges made up of duties, a disbursement fee and a brokerage fee. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.

What to do if I've been charged customs when I shouldn't have?

For orders of less than $800 in the United States of America, should you be asked to pay any customs and import duties, please keep a proof of payment and contact us and we will arrange a refund of these charges where possible.

 

How do we calculate the climate neutral shipping?

Calculation of CO2 emissions is based on the shipment’s weight, distance travelled how the transports been made. Shipment data is extracted from our systems and processed with emission parameters. The methodology follows the guiding principles of the Greenhouse Gas Protocoll och World Economic Forums Guidelines for consigment-level Carbon reports.
