What is it?
A Good Clay is an eco-friendly self-drying mineral clay containing a water-based mixture of natural fibres and fillers. You can shape it with your hands or use moulds. The drying time depends on the thickness of the layers, but you have plenty of time to re-shape it.

The Clay Factory
The Clay Factory was founded in 1953 in Padua, Italy. It remains a small-scale family company to this day, still making the clay from the founder's original formula and hiring all staff locally. Solar covers 50% of The Clay Factory’s electricity needs and they purify water using a natural system.

Our Clay Range
We use this great clay from the famous Padua region in Italy for A Good Clay as it is non-hazardous, great to use and environmentally friendly.
